Working at Mondo Corsini, a London-based independent label, has given me the opportunity to be heavily involved in many aspects of the business. As Design Assistant, I’ve worked closely with the founder on collection development, brand strategy, and creative direction, while also contributing to marketing, customer experience, and social content. A key part of my role is communicating with our factory about garment construction and amendments, giving me practical insight into the production process within the industry. Being part of a small brand has given me extensive hands-on experience in every part of running a fashion brand.
